Returns Policy

• Condition for Returns: Any items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. 

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned due to a manufacturer’s fault or if you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email with photographs of the issue. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

• Exchanges: If you prefer, we can exchange the returned item for another product. Please specify this when initiating the return.
